Packaging Engineering Projects
NatureSweet Organics
PACKAGING ENGINEERING | STRUCTURAL DESIGN | BRAND INTEGRATION
As the Packaging Engineer for this project, I led the development of a new 8 oz micro-corrugated carton paired with a crystal-clear recycled PET lid designed to enhance visibility, protect the product, and meet sustainability goals.
The structure uses a lightweight micro-flute base with premium high-fidelity printing that communicates freshness and organic quality. Vent windows were incorporated to support airflow and showcase the tomatoes without compromising strength. The rPET lid provides secure stacking, impact resistance, and 360° product visibility, while reducing the amount of virgin plastic used in the packaging system.
Stronger shelf presence, improved stacking stability, optimized cube utilization, and a sustainable packaging solution aligned with NatureSweet’s brand standards.
To Go - Paw Patrol Tripack Packaging Development
PACKAGING ENGINEERING | STRUCTURAL DESIGN | BRAND COLLABORATION
Developed the packaging system for NatureSweet’s Cherubs To Go – Paw Patrol Edition including both the 2.25 oz individual bowl and the 3-pack format for Sam’s Club and Costco. This design integrated licensed character graphics from Nickelodeon, recycled PET lids, and a micro-corrugated base to meet retail and sustainability goals.
The packaging supports strong shelf presentation, improved handling through the supply chain, and brand cohesion for the Paw Patrol collaboration.
